Not only the essential accompaniment for roast turkey, but it is also fantastic with cheese or in baking.

Cheese Parcels recipe.

What to do:

1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC or gas mark 5.
2. Using a sharp knife, slice the rind off the top and bottom of the Camembert and cut into quarters.
3. Cut each sheet of filo pastry in half vertically.
4. Place 3 halves of filo pastry on top of one another, brushing melted butter under each layer.
5. Place the Camembert in the centre of the filo sheets and place a tablespoon of cracking cranberry sauce on top.
6. Lift the corners of the pastry until they meet in the middle, twist the tops to create a parcel.
7. Repeat using the remaining Camembert pieces.
8. Place the parcels on a lightly oiled baking tray and place in the oven for 25-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
9. Allow the parcels to cool slightly before serving with salad.

Cranberry & Camembert Parcels

Preheat your oven to 180°C, gas mark 6. On a baking sheet layer 3 sheets of filo pastry brushing a little oil between each layer. Slice the Camembert in half and place in the centre of the filo pastry. Top with our cracking cranberry sauce then bring the sides of the filo pastry up to cover the Camembert. Do the same with the other half of the Camembert, then place them in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
