You’re busy, we know it so we believe our job is to make your life easier. We have dedicated field and tele sales teams who are obsessed with delivering the highest level of customer service and are always on hand to advise on products, assist with merchandising or answer any questions you may have. We don't just take your order and then leave you to it, our ongoing support comprises:
- regular monthly promotions
- point of sale
- dressers and FSDUs for merchandising
- in store tastings
Our business encompasses five delicious ranges; The Bay Tree, Food Service, Bespoke, Personalised and Wholesale. All of which can be ordered in one place at the same time.
Our minimum order for free carriage starts at £250, however, smaller orders have a delivery charge of just £8.33 (plus VAT) and delivery is from 3 working days.
The Bay Tree:
The Bay Tree range is our branded retail range which has been passionately crafted and developed over the last 22 years by our founder, Emma Macdonald. Our early days were humble with Emma lovingly creating batches of delicious products in her mother’s kitchen. Orders quickly grew and Emma moved The Bay Tree to our first manufacturing unit and continued developing new ranges and flavours. Today we produce over 150 mouth-watering products.
We have always married traditional cooking methods with innovative flavours. We have a passion for tradition but our inherent sense of adventure pushes us to fully explore flavour and taste only ever bringing you something we are truly proud of. These values are still central to us today; we call it making the ordinary extraordinary. We believe that taste is one of life’s greatest pleasures and, quite simply, food that tastes great makes life better.

3rd Party Brands:
We love food, exploring food, tasting food and trying new products and ideas. We have put together a carefully selected range of artisan, speciality producers that we admire and think are creating amazing things. Every product we list has been taste tested by us so we’re sure we are offering you products that are of the quality you need.
Food Service:
Our Food Service range is perfect for chefs, cafés, restaurants and Food Service wholesalers who are looking for an artisan, premium range that truly delivers on taste and flavour. Our stocked bucket lines and single serve jars are available in three working days.
Should you wish to create a new product or require us to recipe match, our experienced sales and new product development (NPD) team would relish the opportunity to gather some initial info and talk you through our process. Most of our products are also available on a made-to-order basis in larger or smaller packaging formats.
