What to do:
Mix 100ml (approx 4 shots) vodka, 200ml classic tomato & basil pasta sauce, 100ml water, 6 tbsp lime juice & 1 tbsp hot stuff horseradish. Shake well before serving over ice. Garnish with celery stalks and limes.

Steak Sandwich recipe.
What to do:
1. Take your steak out of the fridge, remove from the wrapper, dry with kitchen roll and leave to rest until the steak is at room temperature.
2. Tenderise the steak using a tenderising mallet if you have one or with a rolling pin.
3. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides and oil the steak.
4. Place the frying pan on the heat. Once very hot add the steak.
5. Flip the steak every 30-45 seconds until cooked to your preference.
6. Once cooked, leave the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the ciabatta loaf in half, place the cheese on the top half and place under the grill until melted.
8. Slice your steak and begin building your steak sandwich. Place your salad on the bottom half of the ciabatta loaf, add The Bay Tree’s sticky caramelised onions and then top with the slices of steak. Place the top of the ciabatta with the melted cheese on top and enjoy!
