A medium hot “kebab shop style” chilli sauce. NW3 is the postcode for West Hampstead in North London, home to one of Brendan's favourite kebab shops. This is his tribute to their secret recipe. Perfect on any grilled meats, or grilled halloumi cheese, this sauce can be enhanced by adding the juice of half a fresh lemon, some finely chopped flat leaf parsley and a small dash of olive oil.
Ingredients:
Tomato (55%), Onion, Red Pepper, Red Chilli (7%), Garlic, Sugar, Yellow Scotch Bonnet Chilli Mash (3%) [Yellow Scotch Bonnet Chilli, Salt, Acetic Acid], Tomato Paste (3%), Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cornflour, Chilli Powder (1%), Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Parsley, Ground Cumin, Mixed Herbs, Lemon Comminute.
Suitable for vegetarians.
