BBQ Beef Tacos recipe.

What to do:

Fry beef mince in a little oil. Add spices, salt and onion and stir well until mince has started to cook through. Add garlic and tomato puree and continue to cook until liquid from beef has started to reduce. Add in Worcester and Soya Sauce, chopped tomatoes and The Bay Tree Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney. When the liquid in the pan has reduced off, add a further 100ml of water. Simmer on hob or put in the oven on a low heat for 45 mins until saie is thick. Taste check. Serve on tortilla wraps or in tacos with optional extras of sour cream, grated cheese, lettuce, fresh chopped tomatoes, red onion, butter beans and guacamole.

Harvest Glut Pizza

What to do:

Grab yourself a shop bought pizza base. Generously spread our spicy tomato & caramelised onion chutney over the base. Top with whatever takes your fancy, we recommend roasted vegetables such as onions, peppers, aubergine, courgette, beetroot and some sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with your favourite cheese! Bake in the oven at 200°C or gas mark 6, for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!

Bruschetta

What to do:

Heat a large griddle pan over a high heat. Grill slices of thick crispy bread for 2 or 3 minutes on each side or until slightly charred in places. Remove the bread from the heat and top with slices of mozzarella. Spread a dollop of our spicy tomato & caramelised onion chutney on top of the cheese then place a handful of chopped fresh tomatoes on each bruschetta. Sprinkle with a little pepper to taste and olive oil if desired.
