Real Ale Stuffed Peppers

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 200⁰C or gas mark 6. In a bowl combine a spoonful of real ale chutney, the cheese, breadcrumbs, onions, broccoli, sweetcorn and peas. Take your whole peppers and slice them in half down the middle, discard the seeds. Lay your halved peppers in a dish and lightly coat them in olive oil. Place your peppers in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove your softened peppers from the oven and stuff them with the filling you created earlier. Place the peppers in the oven for a further 10 minutes or until the peppers are softened and the filling in hot.
