Eggs Benedict.
An English muffin cut in half and lightly toasted, a piece of ham or crispy bacon on each muffin half, and a soft poached egg on top of each. Everything smothered in Heavenly Hollandaise Sauce. Delicious.
Eggs Royale.
Just as easy to make as eggs benedict, but use smoked salmon instead of crispy bacon to create the equally delicious eggs royale.
Eggs Florentine.
Another classic, this variation uses wilted spinnach with the eggs instead of bacon or salmon. A great vegetarian alternative, but just as satisfying even if you are not.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed Oil, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk (17%), Water, White Wine Vinegar, Cornflour, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Lemon Juice Concentrate (1%), Mustard Powder, Butter Flavoured Oil, Colour: Beta Carotene.
Suitable for vegetarians.
