Vegan Sausage Rolls

When I tried this Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney I had so many recipes that came to mind.

What to do:

Okay okay not only did I use my air fryer for the first time and fell IN LOVE, but by adding The Bay Tree chutney, these sausage rolls are tooo moreish 😍

When I tried this Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney, I had soo many recipes that came to mind! I also used Naked Glory meat free sausages which I'm loving at the moment!

Directions:
• Heat a frying pan on a medium heat, then halve the sausages before adding them to the pan with a little cooking spray.
• Allow to sizzle for around 10 minutes until all the sides are browned.
• Meanwhile, cut the pastry into rectangles wide enough for the sausage to fit lengthways, and long enough to fold over, encasing the sausage.
• Divide the chutney between the rectangles, spreading it almost to the edges. Once the sausages have cooked, put one onto each of the pastry strips, then fold to wrap them up. Use a fork and gently press down the edges to secure.
• Preheat the airfryer to 200c.
• Use a pastry brush to top the pastry with soy sauce, this will make them a brilliant colour.
• Cook in the airfryer for 8 minutes until puffy and golden. If you're using an oven, preheat to 200c and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden. Enjoy.
