Sweet Chilli Prawns

What to do:
Combine the jar of sweet chilli jam, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix. At this point you can de-shell your prawns and remove the head if you would like. Pour 2 tbsp of cooking oil into a wok on a medium heat. Add the garlic to the pan once the oil is hot, and allow to simmer. Add in the prawns and allow to cook one side down until they begin to turn orange, then flip and cook on the other side. Turn the heat down then add in the sauce. This avoids burning. Make sure the prawns are all nicely coated in the sauce before serving.
