Bourbon & Sweet Chilli Sausages

This is a delicious and simple recipe for a party!


What to do:

Preheat your oven to 220'C or gas mark 7. Line a baking tray or roasting dish with tin foil. Place your sausages or cocktail sausages in your tray. In a bowl combine the Sweet Chilli Jam, bourbon and honey and mix together. Pour the marinade over the sausages and toss them to make sure they're all coated. Place the sausages in the oven for 30-40 minutes ensuring they are turned regularly to ensure they are evenly cooked.
