Sticky Orange Pork

Serving with rice and vegetables for a delicious dinner!
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 180'C or gas mark 4. Combine seville orange marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and honey in a bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Set aside about half of this marmalade mixture for later on. Heat oil in an ovenproof pan over a medium heat. Flavour the pork with salt and pepper before adding it to the pan. Cook the pork for 5 minutes or until browned. Turn the pork over and coat with a quarter of the marmalade mixture. Bake at 180'C for another 10 minutes before turning the pork over and coating the other side with another quarter of the marmalade mixture. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove the pork from the pan, coat it with the remaining marmalade mixture and let it stand for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving with rice and vegetables for a delicious dinner!
