Sticky Orange Ham

Pop the ham in large roasting tin and add approx 500ml of water then cover with foil. Cook for around 5 hours at 140oC. Remove the ham from oven and once cooled remove rind. Drain the liquid from the roasting tin. Score lines into ham and generously mix the marmalade with wholegrain mustard 50/50 and cover over the ham. Return to oven on a low heat uncovered at 160oC for approx 30 -40 mins.
