Cherry Bars

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 180'C, gas mark 4.
Line a baking tin with grease-proof paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, chopped toasted nuts, rolled oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cut the room temperature butter into small squares and add it to your mixing bowl. Work the butter into the mixture using your fingers until you have a crumb like texture.
Add the honey and continue to work the mixture until it is all combined.
Split the mixture in half, place one half of the mixture into the prepared baking tin.
Smooth the mixture down so that it covers the bottom of the pan, then place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Once done, remove the baking tin from the oven and spoon the two jars of Charming Cherry Jam over it ensuring the jam is evenly spread.
Top the jam with the other half of the granola mixture and bake for a further 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Once baked allow them to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into bars.
