Tuna Pasta Bake

When making cheese sauce use a whisk to whisk the sauce.


What to do:

Heat tbsp veg/olive oil in large saucepan.
Fry chopped veg until soft with tinned tomatoes, Worcester sauce, The Bay Tree's classic tomato & basil pasta sauce and mixed herbs.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Make cheese sauce using cornflour, butter and milk.
Add chopped tuna to veg mix.
Drain pasta.
Layer a large baking /casserole dish with tuna and veg sauce, then pasta and then cheese sauce.
Repeat as necessary.
Finish off with Parmesan cheese, sliced fresh tomatoes (beefsteak) and dried basil.
