Sticky Onion Marmalade: Onion (49%), Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar (17%) [Wine Vinegar, Grape Must, Sulphites], Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Lemon. Boxing Day Chutney: Apricots (33%) [Apricots, Rice Flour, Sulphur Dioxide], Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Onion, Sultanas (4%) [Sultanas, Cottonseed Oil], Orange Juice, Ginger (1%), Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Garlic, Coriander (0.3%), Salt, Cayenne Pepper.
