What to do:
Lightly dust 800g of stewing lamb in flour. Fry 1 tbsp of oil until sealed. Place in a 3-4 litre slow cooker with 150ml of water and the Minted Hotpot Sauce.Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally. Ensure the meat is cooked through and serve with roast or buttered new potatoes and peas.
