Origin of our jumbleberry jam

Last year our founder Emma was asked to judge the Somerset Small Holders Association’s annual competition. The winner was a lady called Cathie Owen with her jumbleberry jam.
Intrigued by the idea of chucking everything but the kitchen sink in and making jam, Emma began inventing! The recipe for our jumbleberry jam is an adaptation of Cathie Owen’s original. Our jumbleberry jam is made from a delicious mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries!
Emma was kindly asked to judge again this year. The winner was a marrow chutney so watch this space, there may be a Bay Tree marrow chutney in the future!
