Hot Garlicky Meatballs

What to do:
Gently fry garlic and onion in a pan, leave to cool then mix with 900g of beef mince. Season with salt and pepper. Roll mixture into approx 24 balls and put to one side. In another pan fry off onion and garlic then add tinned tomatoes and 1-2 tbsp of Glorious Garlic Pickle (add a few splashes of Chilli Sauce if you like your sauce hot). Fry meatballs for about 10mins continually turning then transfer to oven proof dish and pour sauce over. Pop in the oven at 180oC for 20-30 mins. Serve with spaghetti and top with parmesan shavings.
