Having Our Close Up!

We recently spend the day in Taunton with local photographer, Neil White, to have our tasty new jars photographed. It was a real insight into the working day of a photographer, setting up each shot, cooking all the food and prepping all the props. As well as pack shots of each rebranded line, we chose eight products to showcase for a lifestyle shot, Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney, Garlic & Fennel Mustard, Tangy Cider Apple Sauce, Marinated Mini Figs, Lavender Jelly, Passion Fruit Curd, Seville Orange Marmalade and Glorious Garlic Pickle.
After spending two days beforehand cooking up some delicious meals using our products, we took these to Neil's studio for their close up! First up was our Glorious Garlic Pickle, used to marinade a whole leg of lamb and then slow roasted. It's a simplistic recipe but it really is a different take on how to roast a joint for those lazy Sunday afternoons or for a unique twist at Easter.
Next up was the Seville Orange Marmalade used in a Bread and Butter Pudding, Salmon fillets glazed with our Lavender Jelly, Garlic & Fennel Mustard in a hearty Venison Casserole, Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion used on a Pizza, Tangy Cider Apple Sauce with Ham Hock Buns, Passion Fruit Curd in a Cheesecake and finally our Marinated Mini Figs for Canapes.
We really feel these are fantastic recipes that are simple to make yet are packed with flavour and these stunning images really help to showcase them. Why not give them a go yourself, you can find the recipes on our brand new website's recipe page and make the ordinary extraordinary!
Thanks again to Neil White for capturing these delicious images!
