Glazed Christmas Ham

You can boil the ham up to 3 days in advance then glaze and roast on the day.


What to do:

Put ham (around 5kg) in large roasting tin and add approx 500ml of water then cover with foil. Cook for around 5 hours at 140⁰C (fan oven). Remove ham from oven and once cooled remove rind, drain liquid from roasting tin. Score lines into ham and generously spoon the marmalade over the ham. Return to oven on a low heat uncovered at 160⁰C for approx 30 -40 mins.
