February Five Day Favourites

We’ve all bought an ingredient for a recipe and then never used it again. They always sit there in the door of your fridge challenging you to find a way of using them before they inevitably end up in the bin after you realise they’re 2 years out of date.
This is why we have come up with our Five Day Favourites! We want to show you that you can use that jar chutney, pickle, jam or curd in 5 days or 5 recipes. We will choose a jar for each month of the year, and then share with you our 5 recipes using it across not only this blog but our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
This month’s jar is our passion fruit curd.
Our first Five Day Favourites recipe is our Passionate Cheesecake. This month’s recipe is all about treating yourself and having a good time celebrating love!
Creamy Passion Fruit Profiteroles
Our second Five Day Favourites is a delicious twist on a classic Italian dessert. Mix a little passion fruit curd into the cream before piping into the choux buns for an unforgettable dessert.
Passion Fruit Sundae
This delicious recipe layers vanilla ice cream, passion fruit curd, mangos and meringue. A simple yet delicious dessert!
Chocolate & Passion Fruit Roulade
Planning on cooking a Valentines meal for someone special, but don’t want to spend the entire evening in the kitchen? This roulade is perfect for you! It can be made up until the piping stage in advance and frozen flat. The day before Valentine’s Day remove the roulade from the freezer and allow it to defrost. All that is left to do on the night is pipe and roll the roulade!
Greek Granola
Our passion fruit curd not only works beautifully in desserts but it is also spectacular added to your morning bowl of granola. Add a teaspoon to Greek yogurt, granola and fruit to pep up your mornings.
Please share with us your attempts at any of this month’s recipes using the hashtag #FiveDayFavourites. Enjoy!!
