Easter Menu

We love Easter, it’s a great time for getting together and spending time with family and friends. We’ve put together the perfect Easter menu to help take the hassle out of entertaining. Our menu includes a 3 course meal for your Easter Sunday celebration as well as a number of quick and easy nibbles for any unexpected guests!
Starter
Start your Easter Sunday meal with a nice light Prawn Cocktail Salad using our savoury seafood sauce. This delicious starter is full of flavour with little preparation leaving you time to enjoy the company your family and friends.
Main
Enjoy Slow Roasted Easter Lamb marinated in our glorious garlic pickle and served with roasted root vegetables and all the trimmings this Easter Sunday. We love this lamb and know that your family will too! Whilst it’s cooking keep your little ones entertained with an Easter egg hunt.
Dessert
Our Bread & Butter Pudding with seville orange marmalade just sings of Spring! The zesty orange taste of the seville orange marmalade will have you dreaming of sunny days! Nibbles
Over the Easter weekend we all enjoying seeing our family and friends, that’s why we have included a selection of easy to make nibbles in our menu for any unexpected guests popping in to say hello!
- Spiced Houmous – This recipe using our spiced extra virgin olive oil is as easy as they come and will take no time at all to prepare! Simply serve with some thick crusty bread or breadsticks.
- Bruschetta – This recipe includes our best selling spicy tomato & caramelised onion chutney and is sure to go down a treat, even with the fussiest of eaters.
- Morello Choc Fridge Cakes – Unexpected afternoon tea guest? No problem, simply make they ahead of time using our moreish morello cherry jam and keep in the fridge until needed.
